Leadership Team

The OBC Liaison is there to:

  • Maintain active communication with their assigned student organizations and their respective SALP Advisor.
  • Be familiar with the assigned student organizations’ missions, membership, and needs.
  • Communicate relevant information regarding OBC, SFC, and SALP policies and procedures.
  • Act as the contact point between the student organization and the OBC.

Yuvraj Verma, Chair

I serve as the Chair of the Organization Budget Council (OBC) for 2025–26, where I oversee policies and practices to ensure budget decisions are fair, transparent, and student-centered. I am a senior majoring in Business Technology and Analytics with a focus on data analytics and business intelligence, bringing strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to the council. Previously, I served as OBC’s Operations Director in 2024–25, and I currently intern with the City of Portland on equity-focused data projects. Outside of OBC, I enjoy being involved in campus clubs as a member.

Office hours: 4-6 PM Tuesdays via Zoom.

Bree Staley, Vice Chair

I oversee the council’s policies and procedures to ensure clarity and accessibility. I’m a double major in Global Supply Chain Management and Business Technology & Analytics at PSU, with leadership experience as President of the Supply & Logistics Management Association and an internship at KONTRA Uniforms in sourcing, budgeting, and compliance. Outside of school, I enjoy working on cars, being outdoors, and plan to visit all 50 states.

Eric Zepeda-Daniel, Operations Director

I am the Operations Director for the Organization Budget Council (OBC), where I coordinate agendas, minutes, correspondence, and record-keeping while supporting student organizations and advisor check-ins. I’m a senior in Business Administration with an Accounting focus, planning to pursue my CPA license after graduating in Spring 2026. I also serve as Treasurer of the Interdisciplinary Neuroscience Association, and outside of academics I enjoy friends, karaoke, and video games.
Office Hours: Tuesday 11:00 - 1:00 PM via Zoom & Thursday 2:00 - 4:00 PM.

Nutan Sharma, Communications Director

Hello everyone, I am the Communications Director of the Organization Budget Council (OBC)! I am responsible for communication between the council, student organizations, and the rest of the PSU community. I'm an undergraduate Biochemistry Student on the Pre-Medicine Track, and part of the Women's Collaboration for Pre-Health Students (WCPH) and the Pre-Medicine Student Association (PREMSA) clubs at PSU. I hope to learn more about the diverse and unique clubs and organizations, and also help organizations make their events happen. I enjoy learning new languages, biking, and swimming in my free time.

Tayo Osibo, Accounting Director

I serve as the Accounting Director for the Organization Budget Council (OBC) for 2025–2026, where I help oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and ensure accuracy in our processes. In addition, I represent OBC on the ELSA Board of Committee and the Financial Management Association (FMA). I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Finance at PSU, with a background in Accounting, and bring strong skills in organization, detail, and collaboration to the council. Outside of academics, I enjoy traveling and trying new cuisines.
