About Us
The purpose of this organization is to unite students in curiosity and interest in geosciences, promotion of the PSU Geology department, while encouraging equity and inclusiveness in STEM as a whole. CORIBA shares all aspects of geology with students through the appreciation of rocks, minerals, geologic processes, and the encouragement to get outside and experience geology. Events are often geared towards both geology majors and geology enthusiasts, ensuring that everyone no matter what level of geologic knowledge can feel welcome and engaged. Activities include but are not limited to: Rock and mineral show and tells, game nights, geo-themed art activities, etc.
