About Us
Future Leaders of Industrial and Organizational Psychology's mission is to promote undergraduate and graduate students' understanding and involvement within the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. FLIOP focuses on providing opportunities for PSU students to share ideas and information with one another and the greater Portland area I/O psychology community. It provides learning opportunities for members to expand their knowledge and improve their professional skills through networking and social gatherings, club-sponsored colloquiums, and participation in industry conferences. FLIOP will serve to increase the visibility of the I/O psychology field within the Portland State University community.
