About Us
The purpose of this club is to unite and organize Central American students towards better development at PSU by learning about our countries and creating unity through the expression of being from Central America or having Central American descent. We will join together to share information about our countries of origin, help one another, and create a visible Central American unity to foster respect for our cultures and identities. We hope to improve the conditions of the Central American diaspora at PSU in all aspects and realms related to academia. Including advocating for more representation, an inclusive academic curriculum related to the history of our countries, and for the institution and instructors to acknowledge our unique Central American heritage distinct from Chicanx/Mexican heritage.
